Terms & Conditions

Attendance
The student will endeavour to attend every lesson of their course. Lessons missed for whatever reason can not be repeated.

Punctuality
The student will ensure that they arrive in good time for their lesson. It is disruptive for the class if a student arrives late.

Homework
Each homework assignment will be completed in good time and brought to the following lesson. This is vital to ensure that progress is being made and that topics are understood.

Behaviour
Each student is expected to behave in a considerate manner during the lessons. Disruptive or time-wasting behaviour will not be tolerated, and may result in the student being asked to leave the course. No refund will be given.

Payment Terms
If you are paying course fees in instalments, please set up a Standing Order. No further lessons will be given if any payments are missed.

Refunds
We regret that no refunds will be issued should a student decide to withdraw from the course.

Zoom lessons
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have a good internet connection for the lesson. Lessons can not be repeated if a student is unable to access the internet for any reason.

Additional lessons
In the unlikely event that you will require any additional lessons, they will be charged at £40 per hour.
